Joelle is a New Jersey–based yoga instructor who began practicing yoga in the early 2000’s and has been deeply connected to movement and fitness her entire life. Her fitness career started in gymnastics, transitioned into dance, and later expanded through running, shaping her strong appreciation for disciplined training, mobility, and body awareness. In 2015, she earned her yoga certification while also becoming a CrossFit instructor, driven by a desire to help people prevent and recover from injuries while better understanding the mind–body connection.
Joelle loves heated yoga, vinyasa flow, and yoga sculpt, and teaches warm and hot vinyasa, slow flow, and yoga sculpt classes. As an avid runner and lifelong athlete, she is especially passionate about creating yoga classes for athletes as a powerful complement to training, helping them move smarter, recover better, and work toward their fullest potential.
