Using the postures from the Original Hot Yoga 26 and 2 series we go through 2 sets of the "warm up" postures and 1 set of the rest of the series.

A Pilates/Yoga fusion class that is designed to not only strengthen the core but teach students how to more effectively use their core and improved their posture.

Class programming is based on Pilates principles and muscle balancing.

Use of Pilates Rings, Resistance Bands and Yoga Balls will help create more strength and body awareness.

NON-HEATED CLASS 🔵 Yoga at a slower pace. Less intense postures, includes meditation and relaxation techniques. Modifications are given to help people of all fitness levels enjoy the benefits of yoga. There is an emphasis on gentle stretching. Mostly seated and floor poses and low-impact movements in these classes

🔵Ashtanga Style Flow

Designed for beginners and intermediate yoga practitioners. This practice is a series of poses linked together with breath to form a continuous sequence. The focus is on building strength, flexibility, patience, and endurance.

Ashtanga provides you the tools you need so that over time you may be able to move into the more advanced yoga postures.

🔵Breath Work Meditation

NON-HEATED 🔵 Breath Work is a powerful journey that helps to heal you mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. It clears the nervous system of trauma and pain from the past and helps detoxify the body. Once everything from the past has been released, practicing the Breath Work regularly is like taking an internal shower that washes away daily stress. It becomes easier to think clearly and make positive choices. The need to self medicate or numb out to cope with life disappears. Like exercising regularly, the Breath Work keeps you healthy. It develops your intuition and keeps you in balance. Life becomes less stressful and your ability to deal with things becomes easier. Self compassion, self love and forgiveness become automatic. The negative thoughts in your head eventually just go away, leaving you free to live a more fulfilling life.
