Designed for beginners and intermediate yoga practitioners. This practice is a series of poses linked together with breath to form a continuous sequence. The focus is on building strength, flexibility, patience, and endurance.

Ashtanga provides you the tools you need so that over time you may be able to move into the more advanced yoga postures.
