ESHY Hot Flow

Flow through a variety of yoga styles- ranging from energetic to calming Zen poses. In this class we let the breath guide our bodies through a strong nourishing practice. Using physical asanas to improve strength, flexibility, balance and stability. We will incorporate breathing practices, mantras and music.
