ESHY Hot Pilates

A Pilates/Yoga fusion class that is designed to not only strengthen the core but teach students how to more effectively use their core and improved their posture.

Class programming is based on Pilates principles and muscle balancing.

Use of Pilates Rings, Resistance Bands and Yoga Balls will help create more strength and body awareness.
