🔵Post Ashtanga Play 🌊 🤸‍♀️

Twice a month after the 🌊Ashtanga Style Flow Dan will be hosting a Yoga Play Group.

An Informal Round Circle, Yoga Play session is a place where students and teachers alike can share practices, work on different postures and talk philosophy, lifestyle, etc.. in an open, inclusive, environment.

While there is no fee for this class donations will be accepted. ($5-$25 suggested)
