
NON-HEATED🔵Sound healing helps calm the nervous system to improve mental, emotional and physical well-being, guiding you into a deeply transformative and healing experience. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring your mat, a pillow or bolster and a blanket.
Please arrive 15 minutes before class so you have plenty of time to check in, settle into your spot, and get fully comfortable before we begin.
Because of the nature of a Sound Bath, the doors will close promptly at 4pm to ensure a calm, uninterrupted experience for everyone. No late admittance.
